Kyalami Estates Facilities

Dams
The Estate features five serene dams scattered throughout its grounds. Selected dams offer catch-and-release fishing, providing a relaxing pastime for residents. These waters attract an array of wildlife, including ducks, geese, and a variety of water birds such as cormorants, kingfishers, and coots.
Forest
Nestled within the heart of Kyalami Estates, lies a serene forest trail – an oasis of calm where residents can reconnect with nature. Club House
The clubhouse is reserved exclusively for residents and serves as a vibrant hub for community activities. Bookings can be made through the Estate Office for a variety of occasions, including birthday parties and other private events. In addition, the clubhouse hosts numerous clubs and societies, making it a central gathering point for residents.

The Estate’s padel court provides residents with a dynamic and engaging space to stay active and healthy. Fully floodlit, it’s perfect for both daytime and evening play. An easy-to-use online booking system ensures residents can conveniently reserve their preferred play times.

Coffee Shop
We’re delighted to offer our coffee shop as a dedicated space exclusively for our residents. Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to unwind, a cozy spot to catch up with neighbors, or a welcoming environment to enjoy your favorite brew, our coffee shop is yours to enjoy. Sports Centre
The sports area features three cricket nets, an outdoor gym, courts for basketball, netball, and volleyball, as well as a soccer field. To enhance convenience and comfort, the area also includes a gazebo, braai facilities, and ablution amenities. Open daily from 09:00 to 21:00, the entire space is floodlit, allowing residents to enjoy sports and social activities well into the evening.
Dog Park
We’re excited to share a vision that brings joy to both pets and their owners—a dedicated dog park nestled within the serene Kyalami Estate forest.
